Months 5-6 Internship at TATA AIG Key centers. Stipend Rs10,000/- *2
Months 7-12 On the job training at TATA AIG Office. Stipend Rs16,000*4
Month 13 onwards Channel sales Manager/Relationship Manager, Annual CTC: Rs3,25,000/- plus performance linked incentives (as applicable)

JOB ROLE: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Responsible for effective execution of the Bancassurance & Affinity (B & A) strategy throughthe team.
Broaden & sustain existing business base.
Acquire new partners & ensure their activation for spread of business.
Ensure service levels as per desired standards in dealings with producers.
Adhere to performance standards for the team.
Job Role: Channel sales Manager
Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.
Responsible for recruitment of Agents to ensure achievement of business targets.
Accountable for Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited.
Broadening & sustaining existing business base among the Channel Partners.
Maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business.
Explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads & networking.
To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity.
Channel Partners engagement & networking to gain market feedback & to identify further business avenues.
